Tricky cabled bits on mum gloves (L & R) finished; First part of trash audio book completed. Steven returned from his week-long retreat at the zendo... exhausted and with the teacher's cold. I might as well go put my Leiderhosen back on. The seasonal hair issued fixed with 1/2 c. coconut oil and 2 hours of seclusion, toes painted blackish red. The Steven has been on retreat all week at his Zen Center across town; it leaves me feeling abandoned by day four but I get a great deal done. Left to my own devices, I will nap twice a day. This afternoon the cat woke me up by climbing on to my chest and sneezing delicately into my face. One should really avoid any wake up call involving cat snot. I am working on some very complicated gloves for Mum's Christmas present. Cables are just fidgety nonsense but kind of pretty. I am listening to an audio book so violently trashy I refuse to tell you what it is. The last of the evil bamboo has been spun up. Never doing that again. Mattress pad heaters are the best.
